Our Return Policy
At Buyfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
- Gift cards and vouchers
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your order:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at returns@bathauraluxe.store or call +92 300 1234567 within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2: Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
- Step 4: Drop off the package at your nearest courier service or schedule a pickup
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Process the approved refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa) or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- Product price paid at the time of purchase
- Original shipping charges (if applicable)
Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Specify the size/color you'd like to exchange for
- Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 business days
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a different item of equal value or receive a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a free pickup and replacement
- Full refund will be issued if replacement is unavailable
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund within 24 hours
- After Dispatch: Order cannot be cancelled; please follow return process
- Customized Orders: Cannot be cancelled once processing begins
